Hot rolled steel frame and blockwork walls finished in white, exposed galvanised components left natural.
Small power sockets to Workshop perimeter (min 1 d/socket/20m2 floor area). Fluorescent lighting to workshop designed to give min 300 lux. Distribution board with minimum 4 spare ways for future installation
Disabled WC to current building regulations with all handrails, alarm etc. Partition of painted blockwork, ceiling insulated and boarded above, extract ventilation, 60W tubular heater controlled by froststat.
Kitchenette with base unit and appliance space with electric supply, electric 10L stored water heater with timeclock control. Worktop over with s/steel sink, double power socket, tiled splashback , 60W tubular heater controlled by froststat.
